- MRO organisations
- Repair stations
- Workshops
- Aviation service providers
to access Safety Data Sheets (SDS), hazardous material information, regulatory data, and compliance documentation.
Access to the platform is provided via subscription or authorised access.
Users agree to:
- Use the platform only for lawful business purposes
- Use the information for internal operational and compliance purposes
- Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
- Not attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the platform
Account Registration
Certain areas of the platform require account registration.
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
- Notify MSDS-AERO of any unauthorised account access
MSDS-AERO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Any unauthorised access, misuse, or attempted breach of the MSDS-AERO platform may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of access
- Civil legal action to recover damages
- Liability for financial losses caused to MSDS-AERO
- Legal prosecution under applicable UK and international cybercrime and data protection laws
Offenders may be subject to financial penalties and legal sanctions under relevant legislation including the Computer Misuse Act 1990.
Subscription Services
Access to certain features of the platform may require a paid subscription.
Subscription terms may include:
- Access tiers based on functionality
- Document access limits
- User access controls
- Language modules or compliance modules
Subscription fees and terms will be defined at the time of purchase. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension of access.

- Platform design

- Documentation formats
is the property of MSDS-AERO or its licensors.
Users may not:
- Reproduce the database
- Resell or redistribute documents
- Extract large portions of the database
- Use automated scraping tools
Availability of the Platform
MSDS-AERO strives to ensure reliable access to the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or continuous uptime. Scheduled maintenance or technical interruptions may occur.
Limitation of Liability
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of business or operational interruption
- Regulatory compliance failures resulting from misuse
Users remain responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable safety and regulatory requirements.
Termination
MSDS-AERO may suspend or terminate user access where:
- Terms of Use are violated
- Accounts are used for unlawful purposes
- Subscription payments are not maintained
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
SDS / Compliance Data Disclaimer
The information provided on the MSDS-AERO platform is intended to assist aviation organisations in accessing Safety Data Sheets and compliance information relevant to aviation chemicals and materials.
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure information accuracy, we do not guarantee:
- Completeness of data
- Accuracy of third-party documentation
- Regulatory applicability for every jurisdiction

Document Usage & Copyright
Safety Data Sheets remain the intellectual property of the original manufacturer or supplier.
Users may:
